From Humble Beginnings...

Rukra Estates was founded in 2019, following a number of successful private property transactions and developments with the majority of projects taking place within the South East, to date we have worked with private individuals wanting to sell their homes, local agents who understand their markets incredibly well & international agencies looking to buy or sell, representing blue chip organisations. Our aim is to be one of the largest private portfolios in the South East by continuing to follow our current trajectory, growing from 1 property in 2019 to now owning and operating a portfolio in double digits with the vast majority of our properties being constructed by our in house team.

We focus on purchasing good existing housing stock, land and commercial property allowing us to add value by adding our own touch whilst developing and fostering great relationships with the vendors and agents allowing for repeat transactions. Our team has over a 65 years of combined construction and management experience ranging from new build, refurbishment, and prime multi-unit construction projects.
